Return 

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at support@ThePulseBeats.com

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective pair of Pulse Pods, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email Support@ThepulseBeats.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Policy 

To be eligible for a return, your Pulse Pods must be in the same condition that you received them. They must also include original packaging along with all accessories.

If you wish to return your Pulse Pods, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your Pulse pods have been used, we are not able to resell it. Nobody wants dirty, grungy, earwax covered Pods! If your pods show signs of being warn or neglected, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the total refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Return Shipping 

After you’ve submitted a return request to Support@ThePulseBeats.com and we have verified your return please ship the Pods to the address below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All authorized returns require a tracking number. Items sent back to our warehouse without a confirmed tracking number will be sent back to the buyer. We cannot process a return request without knowing who has returned their product. 

 

Insurance

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.

 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
